What kind of wax do you use?

Our signature marbled appearance is the result of our unique hand-pouring technique. We pour the wax at a specific temperature that allows the dye to swirl naturally as the wax cools, so no two candles ever look exactly the same.

We formulate our candles to deliver a noticeable, pleasant fragrance throughout a room without being overwhelming. Fragrance strength varies by scent and room size, but our goal is always a balanced, comfortable throw.

Why does my candle have white spots or a frosted appearance?

Frosting and wet spots are completely normal characteristics of natural soy wax — they are not defects. Frosting is a white crystalline coating that can appear on the surface; wet spots are small areas where the wax has slightly separated from the glass. Neither affects the fragrance or the way the candle burns.

How do I get the most out of my candle?

Trim your wick to about 1/4 inch before every burn. On the first burn, let the melt pool reach the edges of the jar before extinguishing it — this prevents tunneling. Burn in sessions of a few hours at a time and always follow the safety instructions on the candle label.

We are open Wednesday through Friday from 11 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM. We are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Hours may vary around holidays — call ahead if you're traveling a distance.
